The Y St. Leadership Team (YSLT) is a group of Y-Sters who decide what Y St. does throughout the year. YSLT members are dedicated Y-Sters who take the initiative to realize the Y St. mission. Each YSLT member represents a different community in Virginia, and brings something unique and important to the table. The YSLT makes decisions that truly make a difference in their schools, in their communities, and in Virginia. From new campaigns and web upgrades to project day ideas and t-shirt designs, the YSLT calls the final shots.
